1. Responsible for the research and development of the company's core technologies and new products, formulated and optimized process parameters and related technical standards, optimized and updated process flow;

2. Responsible for screening existing lubricating oil raw materials, optimizing and upgrading product formula;

3. Timely apply for patents for scientific research achievements, formulate enterprise standards, and protect intellectual property rights.

1. Bachelor degree or above in polymer, applied chemistry, oil related field;

2. More than 5 years of working experience in the research and development of industrial lubricating oil and grease products in specific working environment and special equipment;

3. Master and Doctor; Middle or senior engineer certificate is preferred.

Salary: working hours from 8:00 to 17:00, five insurance, weekend double rest, free lunch, commuting, holiday benefits, birthday benefits, accommodation, salary negotiable.
